Job Description:The Flint Cultural Center Corporation’s Chief Operating Officer (COO), supports the policies and objectives set forth by the FCCC Board of Directors. S/he provides the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that the Flint Cultural Center Corporation (FCCC) has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and systems in place to effectively further FCCC’s mission, vision, goals and objectives, and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency.

The COO supervises the following operational areas: Accounting, Facility Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Information Systems, Security, and any shared services of the corporation and its partners.

Job Title: Automotive Technician
Location: Sloan Museum / Buick Gallery (Sloan*Longway)
Department: Collections
Reports To: Curator of Collections
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt (Part-Time)

Job Description: The part-time Automotive Technician will review existing procedures and implement cyclical restoration and maintenance programs for the automotive collection in consultation with the Curator of Collections and oversee the care of automobiles within the Museum's collection. The Automotive Technician will supervise the automotive volunteer progrm. This part-time position will aslo provide occasional support to the exhibit manager with exhibit installations and de-installations.

Job Title: Part-Time Custodian
Location: Flint Cultural Center Facilities
Reports To: Custodial Supervisor
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Note: Shift: Varies; Weekends and nights & Hourly rate varies based on experience

Job Description: Under the direction of the Lead Custodian, the Part-Time custodian will be responsible for the day to day housekeeping of the buildings, heavy cleaning when needed, meetings, special events and classroom setups.

Job Title: Ticket Center Representative
Location: The Whiting
Reports To: Guest Services Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

This is a part time position. Mostly working weekends and evenings--as needed-approximatey 10 to 20 hours a week.

Job Description: Accurately sell tickets to customers at the ticket window, process mail and fax orders and answer telephone inquiries in a team environment.

Job Title: Concessions/Bartender
Location: The Whiting - Front of House
Reports To: Front of House Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

This is a part time position.

Job Description: As a member of the Guest Services Department, concession workers/bartenders are responsible for cash handling, customer service, mixing drinks, inventory control, restocking prior to the performance, at intermission and following the performance, and setting up for private events as instructed.
